mm.. hi going to enlisted into ndu during august any suggest what should i bring extra other than those write on the letter ? i heard my friend ndu trainning is different from infantry ?so should be bring different things ? any comments about it?

underwear, personal toiletries, black tape.
the rest iirc, they will provide. u gna book out in no4 anw, and they give u most of the stuff, if things didnt change from the time i was in there -

welcome 2 e world of the Navy, where we have arguably the best-looking uniform in the SAF. My advice will be 2 bring toiletries, a lot of underwear, and if possible, maybe buy 1 or 2 "Navy" t-shirts and shorts from Beach Rd.
Anyway, as for Hell Week, don't worry lah. Its all mind over matter. No matter what, don't go and ring the bell because that would mean you want to quit. -
Bring FHM/Maxim. Your friends will double/triple during your enlistment week

Remember, it's ultimately up to you whether you want to continue. Don't be garang just because people around you are doing it. If you really can't, there's no shame in being a man and saying you cannot go on.

but can be quite sad leh cos during peacetime, the only occasions divers are called in is to look for drowned victims.
but nonetheless it's a challenging and prestigious vocation. take care, all the best and good luck.
