All depends on what the circumstances are. We did the GOH for Uncle WEinston's ROD as well as the Sultan of Brunei's (or some other bigwig, I can't really remember) visit.

i rem the cdo were GOH for nelson mandela when he was UN Chief.
but for the majority, the APC of MP make up the GOH -
yesterday's straits times showed the commander, wearing 3 airforce badges on his no1. But MP got no1 airforce badge meh?

yesterday GOH commander, the LTC was wearing the MP peak cap. So it's safe to assume he is from MP?
He has 3 badges, i don't think all 3 are wings. although one is def an airborne wing. I can't make up the top wing ( poor image!)
