GPMG shoot during NS

reminds me of my new comd. he say he wants to enrich ppl within the div and make them do great stuff. if u r a mg gunner, he snap finger, u must know how the whole thing operates, hw fast the bullet will go, at wat distance the bullet will start to head downwards due to loss of speed. damn technical things man.Originally posted by LazerLordz:I will be blunt. Best MG shot..my ass. It's not worth a dime if you can shoot but you cannot understand how the entire weapon system works. I highly recommend you reflect on your GPMG training and experience. If I was the armt spec on site, you would have gotten roasted.

how can u shoot a mg with its barrel bent ? and i dont believe our gpmg so easily "melt" , then in war how ? .

haiz... let me explain in details ba...
my instructor left wif 2 boxes of rds aft e last firer of e last detail finish his shoot den it was near 10 liao... he say wanna go back fast so pointed me out to finish e 2 boxes...
aft loading e first box, i did e normal 21 for my first burst... he say no need... jus finger on trigger n finish e box... so wif out tinking, i jus obeyed him n did dat (yes i was foolish n stupid)... n yes e barrel did glow red... den aft e first box finish, he told me change barrel (b4 any of u say i said i dint change barrel... pls read carefully... i mentioned i shot until barrel melted/bent not i did not change barrel)... so i tried to change aft finishing e first box... den wanted to change barrel but i cannot take out barrel... den in e end my instructor came over n tried but he oso cannot... took another warrent officer to remove e barrel... aft removing den found out bcos its bent (not very big bent but can c its bent) dats y cannot take out so easily... dat time i oso scared bcos i bent e barrel but my instructor say he wld return it himself (n i actually believed him but he did really return e barrel himself)...
so dats wat i meant by i shot n bent e barrel... n bcos it glowed a bit red i tot it bent bcos it 'melted'... -

I felt that my GPMG live- firing was my best experience using weapons.. Just a bit above the ambush live-firing I did in Thailand where we used every single weapon we had..
It was like 8 guns firing at one time, side my side. Damn shiok.. Esp during the night firing. When i was the MG asst for a gunner at 'Bay 1', i took a look down the aisle.
The sight of all 8 guns firing rapidly is simply a slight to behold. And the ground trembling below your feet..
Words cannot describe that awesome feeling.. -

i think HMG50 and 40mm AGL much better, at least can see the round ricochet off the hill! just like starwars
