Statutory Boards
Executive and Clerical staff are considered as Division I to III officers.

There's a thin line nowadays for Statutory boards because although they follow civil service guidelines, the staff are no longer considered as civil servants.Originally posted by CyanSupra:all working for govt are civil servants.
