can any1 tell me whether its better to cut your hair b4 going to bmt or go in and let those barber cut for you?
and is it a need to invite our parents to attend the enlistment "ceremory"?

at tekong island cut or no cut by that family of barbers still have to pay them the money. dont be 1st in the queue. see the queue u r in, usually 4 lanes, the person use the electric shaver got skills or not. the young ones at times leaves some 'cut lines' at the back of the head.

my fren told me because there's not enuff time on that day as there are too many admin work to do and there's alot of recruit, tts y those barber will be very gan jiong and anyhow cut ur hair.they will leave those small patches of hair on ur head de..

Meet as many new recruits as u can while u still have ur hair on. Then after your cut, see who recognises you. Then further down the track, laugh about the old hairstyle you had.
Still, look at whos cutting, unless ure forced too or really got no time, then go to anyone. But some always leave some hair sticking out. Nothing a pair of scissors can't fix
