  Use the m4 carbine loh, its shorter and lighter. And its similar to the m16, not to mention, we have all seen it b4. If you know what i mean.

  I am referring to the SAR 21 MMS variant...not the standard SAR.

  How bout bullets that do not leave behind any carbon after firing, so dun need to clean rifle. heheh

  I've heard of research being conducted into bullets that are propelled using magnetic fields instead of gunpowder.
  
  Theoretically this would make the ammo lighter.... the trickier part would be trying to scale down the magnetic field generator mechanism to fit the size and weight of an assault rifle.
