Coz I beri beri beri beri beri clumsy person, walk also will fall down those type... I dun mind kina punish lah... but wait I drop the grenade all die how? Especially when I have sweaty palms...

Don't worry. Your Officer will be with you the whole time.
If you drop it, he will push you into the pit behind you and cover your back...so he will die most probably....Oh well, his job anyway to save you.
Maybe you just injured only la...

If you are really scared, then tell your PC. See what he can arrange for you. But go for it, it's once in a lifetime thingy. You don't get to throw grenade anywhere else or anymore.

You will first practice throw fake grenade.
If you cannot throw far, your PC will not dare to let you throw the real thing. -
don't go and think so much and worry until you start going into this weird realm of "I will drop the grenade and die, must prepare coffin"
