Here's the problem. In some companies, it apparently is an enforced culture to treat recruits like shit. I had a friend who got transferred to a military law related dept and was from one of the shitty companies in Tekong. It really depends on how much control the OC wants to exercise, and in some companies, the OC bochup. -
go make friends with the warrants there.... then can go mess everyday drink beer...
