Well, its not so well expected around here. My CSM is giving me crack in the head with his not-so humor jokes and human life talks. Oh man... Its getting way too boring! I hope my course will start soon!
And oh, I have met my old PS lately, he doesn't seemed to remember me. I dun know if he is acting or wad, but I know I have proof him soo wrong.
Any activities I can do in tekong beside surfing net, I'm going nuts! -

I was once a pti in Tekong. Can be quite boring lah at the place but hei sometimes theer can be suprises like finding stick insects and flying lizards.

No la, my thought came when I want to proof my PS wrong. Actually I was aiming to go to SISPEC to become a spec one, but duno why kena posted to OCS. then learn from the forum that ocs cant go to sispec already. so no choice lor.Originally posted by Diehard_89:Yes sir!

i suppose you have been posted there as PC? do keep your "fire" burning, in a positive way, as you lead recruits for the rest of your NS. i have seen fresh from OCS officers do very well this way.
earn the respect of your recruits by who you are, not by your rank.

yes, today is another week. 1 more week to go before the recriuts get to book out. Can see that they are quite demoralise, but I cant help much because I am still consider a fresh officer. meanwhile still understudying the PC of platoon 4. There's hack of things to learn and the responsibility is high. There's this recruit came and look for me and discuss abt his problem with coping with ns. I find him very much the same as me, therefore i vowed to myself that I willl make him change his mindcept of army just like me.
Just finish slow jogs with them, and tekong's air is freshier den ever. I hope it remain this way. the recruits are having area cleaning now as there will be inspection for us to do (aka stand-by area/bunk). Another golden opportunity to learn from my PC how to access them.
Time pass quite fast here, and weather are not so good these days. OC will be meeting me soon regarding my signing on matters and I look forward to it.
Today I also learnt very valuable lessons from my CSM, all along I thot he is a joker, but once it comes to regimental. He changes face, and can be the strictess man I've ever seen. His voice dampens and made the recruits tremble in fear. He have those eyes like tiger replaced while he is in the No.4 uniform. I told me that part of army lifes is that, when u are in casual, u can joke around or even make fun of ppl. once its down to serious business. You gotta earn back the respect. This is the best and safest way to lead a team as therefor they will follow your orders respectively.
I sort of admire him.
I will be going for bunk inspection later. cya guys -
