just wondering, i just poped and am now waiting for the posting. i wanna know how many spaces sispec currently has cos im quite worried i cannot make it to sispec. also, i hear that some ppl already know their posting cos they got connections. just wondering if anyone can help me check too thank you!

in each bslc batch there will be about 3/4 companies minimum. Now with sispec getting so much bigger... hard to say liao

lol i am from 43rd BSLC - Hotel Coy.
By the time 44th BSLC starts, there will be quite a number of companies open to take-in trainees.
Currently, Hotel Company and Bravo Company are ASLC companies. Which leaves Alpha, Charlie, Delta, Echo, Foxtrot (if open), Golf and Juliet.
About 7 companies (not including L.M.N) huh?
Assuming all these companies will take in trainees, pray that you end up in Echo Company. You will receive significantly more amount of night-outs and canteen breaks, and an OC who actually cares about your well-being.
As long as you have passed your IPPT, you should be considered for SISPEC already. (assuming that your educational background makes you eligible, of course)
43rd BSLC batch had many many people who couldn't even pass IPPT in the early stages. Eventually, we all recovered~ haha

Cannot pass IPPT in Sispec??? I was in the 3rd BSLC, and 1/2 my company had IPPT gold. Cannot pass IPPT was unheard of back then.
It's shocking how things have deterioated.
SISPEC conducts BLC as an interim selection for those who can become section leaders. The rest will drop out after this initial testing phase.
whats the interim course about?? btw how many places are there in sispec for the 44th intake?
