  now is the worst time to join mp .. cos it is undergoing transformation .. alot a shit is being sturred up .. i m abt to leave but the stress lvl is building up .. alot things r changing in a veri fast mode .. i pity those new batch that r coming in

  they r restructing their ops n stuffs , hw things r operated , shifting things here n there , manpower reallocation . etc etc
