  FYI,
  
  DXO serving in a military capacity are SUBJECT to military law.
  
  meaning a DXO who is filling a position that is by estab a military position.
  
  e.g. Finance Officer of a Division is a military position.
  DXO doing a RQMS/CQMS role
  
  So far i have know only cases they get reprimand.
  
  The only case that was in the papers was a Female DXO who awol.
  
  She was immediately terminated and asked to pay back Mindef 2 years salary.
