HELP NEEDED!!!kena posted to ATEC Rifleman.

  i damn sad kena posted to ATEC RIFLEMAN... have to report to pasir leba camp.i heard rifleman very xiong... but the strange thing is that i'm not required to bring anything on that day except for my PT kit. does that mean i dun have to stay in? any1 can tell me more abt ATEC rifleman? pls help!

  atec rifleman is simply the cat and mouse game vocation,
  
  u basically wear "damn heavy" laser device set and act as enemy soldier during other active units' atec exercises... use laser to stimulate shooting at them.
  
  as mentioned, very good rifleman life expected from 'a rifleman tagged vocation".

  I was from the last ATEC mono, you will be in the 11th intake. Some info to share...
  
  Bring all your military equipment along, ignore the part about "bring only PT kit". I repeat - BRING EVERYTHING. Training Wing will be 3 months, and it will be very tough, but not without its welfare. You will learn all the infantry weapons and go through CSB package, after which you will be posted to one of the three rifle platoons or the weapons platoon. Oh, and its a stay in unit. Although half the time we're not in... You will know soon enough.

  Thanks 4 the info. sounds kinda interesting in there. but r they gonna issue us new items since we no need to bring anything except pt kit? lol y half the time not in? u mean we get to go back?

  Nope no new uniforms will be issued. We now wear standard SAF no.4 for evaluations.
  
  There are things you will only know when you come into main body... Till then, just try to enjoy training wing and don't worry too much. Believe me, welfare is there where you deserve it
