Request to change bmt posting

hello im posted to 3GDS and i really wish to get posted elsewhere
i heard there would be an interview (is it by PC?) within 48 hours of enlistment to the new unit. But i think its the S1 manpower officer that has the authority to decide anything for me. So do i request to speak to the S1?
and what are the chances that i actually can successfully get a re-posting.
anyone can enlighten me please?

Only medical conditions that lead to a downgrade usually warrant a transfer out. -
Yeap, quite hard, but heng for me I got myself a big piece card which I can use to transfer my ass out and in anytime

Dude ah, u gone through BMT liao and u still learned nothing ah?
Then I ask you a simple question, can you request to change company lines during ur BMT or not because u find the sergeants sucky?
Or Can you request not to serve NS because u think NS waste time?

step by step:
if that unit wants u badly, liaise with 3gds s1 officer/chief clerk 1st.
cpc is just needed to be in the loop as mentioned above.
another way of indirect transfer to other units is using "attach out" transfer. e.g. dieppe barracks (hq gds) not enough guards duty personnel. csm hq gds call for temporary attachment of 1 gds riflemen to attach to hq gds for 6 months.
