Take IPPT considered NS leave?

  Hmm.. jus checking for thise who have no reservice but muz take IPPT yourself, if you are working do u take NS leave?
  
  My company say since no SAF100 so it will be annual leave.

  No. IPPT is no eligible for NS leave. just request to take some time off loh. if really cannot take leave loh bo bian.

  I will grant my guys time off for IPPT, but, if they come to me for time off to do RT...I'll tell them to get into shape so that they can pass IPPT, I'll still grant them time off in the end.
  
  One of my reasoning is since you gonna spend your time taking IPPT might as well make SAF pay for your time; i.e. target for $100 or $200 reward.
  For most people, it is too not difficult to get the reward if you spend some spare time training 1-3 months prior to IPPT.

  print the information in NS website that the army will pay for first 3 half day for IPPT test
  print out the acknowledgement page for IPPT test
