Benefits of a DXO

Hi, i'm wondering what are the benefits of a DXO when signed on.
Do they get the same benefits as the SAF combat personel when they sign on?
such as
what welfare benefits do dxo get?
Combat staff in saf got things like subsidised medical expenses. do DXO get those too?
do tell me all the other relevant related stuff..

you don't get combat allowance but you recieve medical benefits and what not la...
plus you don't have serious regimentation. Although a DXO-EA i'm told can be told to do desk bound duties if kenna 'extras' -
well.. checked the webbie already.. don't say much. don't even say got medical benefits.. so i asked here. because since all also is work under mindef. wondering if they have the same benefits as the combat pple :p
