  Me is Poly Year 1 student mah, then Next year I plan to change institution. The I read from the website saying that I must seek the approval from CMPB first.
  
  How? What are the chances they'll approve?

  What can I expect from the CMPB? Will they ask alot of questions like why I wanna transfer etc?

  I dont noe what they will ask from CMPB...
  But as long as , yr institution is willing to produce that proof to CMPB, CMPB will oblige 1 ...
