  is there any website to check if i have been promoted to cpl?

  Hmm, are you an NSF or NSman? For NSmen, you can check your current rank at http://www.ns.sg under eSelfUpdate.
  
  If you are an NSF, you will have to check your unit RO (Routine Orders) or check with your S1/Manpower Branch.

  is it an offence to draw my cpl rank if my promotion has not officially published in RO? its confirmed that i have been promoted to cpl

  Airgrinder is right. Ask the RO clerk to check with your S1 and Chief Clerk, then get it published. After that, you should have no problems drawing the rank from your RQ.

  just ask ur dept spec to indent from the storeman to draw can liao... no need thru rqms/cqms... publish in ro or not not that important... sometimes... admin lapses are very common in camps.

  Hi guys, i got my CPL promotion on the 18th of June but when i check the payslip online today its still shows me as getting my private pay. Is this normal? If not what is the correct allowance i should get???

  are u in combat or service? how much is your PTE's pay?
  
  comabt CPL should be $517.50 including $100 combat pay ($100 for combat, $150 for infantry and guards, $200 for cammando if memory serves) and 1 year soldier pay.
  
  if service just minus off $100 = $417.50
  
  this month onwards u should be getting $50 more, regardless of rank and vocation.
