A container type "claymore" going off at shears bridge is what I can think of
Really hoped the authorities BLOCK OFF all traffic on the shears bridge and other roads within direct view to the Marina bay 2007 so as the prevent those "shooting on the move"

The roads to the place is completely blocked off, according to some of my friends, sweeping of bombs are done before hand. There is also a standby heli at the top I think, cos the heli did no filming nor wayang act, just station there.
There are showcases of SOC people though, in their red, eye catching trucks. Didn't see any SOF though. Just some soldiers running down the staircases with their "uber" equipments etc. -

spent 2 days last week packing NDP goodie bags....so tired....20000 bags!!!

u wont see SOF because when u see them, u r already out of your body.
it is possible for a sniper to take out VIPs. however, it is not probable. u have to consider the threat level (which im sure ISD has that figured out).
whether people have access to weapons (no)
how possible is it to have access to "one of those windows", which happen to be offices.
how possible is it for the sniper and his spotter to evade CCTV and security in the building, followed by how they access the offices without tripping alarms and/or showing on CCTV.
as for bombs, it is relatively easy to create explosives and/or incendiary materials. but be rest assured that Singapore is being protected 24/7 by professionals (NSF and Regulars) specialising in this field of work. and, im sure intelligence units from the Army and Police has this area figured out also.
less a suicide bomber in a car, who ram pass the cordon... survived the shooting by our SPF and all the crap and then still manage to detonate the device.
so, just sit back and enjoy the show. the aim of terrorism is to get u to fear a couple of sh!tbags anyway. if they succeeded in that, terrorists win already. -
heard that yesterday got performance , and got firework also , then my friend all go there on the way to esplanade , at city link we heard fireworks sound , reach esplanade the kid all go home liao

since this is just a rehearsal, you can expect it to finish earlier. -

i think this year's NDP will be quite challenging for the red lions. 1st time they are landinng on the floating platform. somemore it's surrounded by water.

haha... even if they land in the water, I'm sure they've been trained in tactical drops before...

although they may be trained to drop onto water, it would mean that their career is effectively over if they do that during NDP.
