what the hell is my unit thinking of

i attended a charge in march in my unit for not attempting IPPT 05/06.. So when i am label as a defaulter i cant book any ippt/rt via ns portal. Then sikali i receive a letter from NSSC aka national serviceman service center to attend another charge for not attempting ippt for 06/07 on july. I was like wtf. When i am a defaulter for 05/06 they already block my access making me unable to book any ippt/rt.. To my thinking they are TMD trying to play punk sia. charging me for the sake of charging..

go down report of charge, explain to them. they can dig old records one. den most prob if what u say is true, they will waive off for u. if all else fail, ST forum works wonders.

You attended a charge in MARCH for not attempting workyear 05/06 IPPT. In March this year, 2007? If u were to get charged, how come they wait until this year to charge u for something that happens 2005/2006?
And sorry 2 ask, but why didn't u attempt IPPT in the first place for 05/06?? -

My friend got into a similar situation..
the stupid thing is...
the charging officer in charge (some NSF 19-year old 2LT) told my friend (a 30 year old LCP) that even he himself personally thinks my friend is not in the wrong because there was a system mix-up somewhere...
the 2LT just said sorry, but tell my friend to agree to the charge as a formality.
still dare to tell my friend, $50 only, easier than launching an investigation. -

a) Is 2LT wrong because he knows there is a system mixed up and still carry on with the charge?
b) Is he wrong to blow the whistle because a NS LCP is being charged for somethign he did not do?
c) Or is he wrong because he blew the whistle for system mix up
d) or he is wrong to tell the LCP "$50 only?" -

i 04 took r/t fail and window block ma. keep waiting for them to release then sikali ltr come charge me. charge 05/06 and window still cannt book for 07 as it is still block.. now come charge for 07.. wtf.. How i wish i was a lee..... -

You should blow the whistle. Write to Minister directly, so he knows how screw up the system is. Part of his job is to set things right. But make sure you get your facts right first.
Give all the facts in full, and leave no room for anyone to ask questions like, was it in 2005 or 2006 ? Because these questions sounds like you are giving half-truths. -
2004 i fail did pass my r/t so was ask to retake r/t and during that time.. the window was block for my coming 05/06/07 ippt/r/t booking.. when i was charge for my 06 failure to attend r/t at tat point of time i m still a defaulter and can access to window to book and they proceed with the 07 charge..Originally posted by KoolKool:You should blow the whistle. *tat mean all the while i was blocked since 04 from booking ippt/r/t from ns porttal as i still have outstanding training and they proceed to charge knowing that i cant access to book my coming 07 window as i m still serving my 06 r/t -
Knowing the SAF, they will say since that's e case, why didn't u call Mindef hotline? Or send email to Mindef portal? They will take it as a case of u not using initiative, and shift all the blame to u.
