  elite is self-explanatory.
  
  uncaring is bcoz he didnt go thru the proper chain of command; went all out to screw somebody, his livelihood and probably his family as well. Not everybody is born with a silver spoon or doesnt need to worry abt tmr.
  
  somethings doesnt need to be blown into such proportions.

  i would just like to say that if those officers gave their careers a damn, they wouldnt have done wat they did.

  anyway, they are supposed to be leaders of the SAF. wat happened to leadership by example, inspiring the men to give their best shot, core values and all that nonsense the SAF taught in BMT and command schools?

  M unit used to have a serviceman suffering from epilepsy n he got posted as a clerk n is required to do duty clerk. His mother often came to request him not
  
  to do any night duty. Our Operation officer is so scared to face the mother n will often ask the Ops WO to face his mother.
