  If you mean the creme de la creme of crack troopers, then my votes go to the SAF's SOF, the RSN's NDUSWG, the SPF's STAR team & the PCG's STS. The Ghurka Contingent deserves mention too. When MINDEF ordered a massive manhunt for 3 Malaysian robbers who landed in Tekong a few years ago, it was they (& the STS) who tracked down the fugitives.
  
  My respects to the SCDF's DART, except they're not combat. The SPS has a SPEAR force too, but I dunno how much their training extends beyond riot control.
  
  Good call with the RSN-PCG's ASSET. But, like the SPF's equivalent (AMU) for commercial airlines which was formed even earlier but remains hush-hush to this day, more info is needed about what these marshals do.
  
  But I don't consider CBRE DG (comprising EOD & CBRD) as elite in the traditional military sense. They're more specialist technical experts, like the SCDF's HAZMAT.

  Anyway I believe EOD should be considered elite judging, by the high amounts of risk in their job scope, especially so when they are dealing with real, live ordance.
