Whenever there is an accident, some experts would come out and speculate the cause(s) of the accident.
It will go something like this ....... its due to weather, mechanical failure, or operator (pilot) error, or a combination of the factors.
I am wondering what else can there be ? -
U expect them to come up with some spiritual answer?
