Use lawyers against regulars

I know of some rich NSF who employs lawyers to deal with those regulars and officers..
Its kindda effective..You can ask your lawyer to sue him over anything and everything..simple things like your officer scolding your parents vulgarities like ni lao bu chou chee bye, you can employ a lawyer to sue him
And once the case is successful, he may just get a small $500 or $1000 fine..but after that he will also get charged in the military court which will effectively means the end of his career in saf -
when i go NS....
that will happen to officers i dont like.. -

The problem is few nsf are rich enough to employ lawyers, some don't know that they can use lawyers to sue them while most nsf can't be bothered(the usual lan lan suck thumb and f**k off after 2 years mentaility)Originally posted by fudgester:No kidding?

So far I have 3 friends who use lawyer to sue the regulars. 2 succed, 1 failed because it was a false accusation against the regular -

As my sgt used to say "NBCB - dun tok kok lah". KNNCB is not actionable generally. Unless, perhaps, there is a level of intimidation invovled and the NSF concerned has been harmed in some way. Unless there is clear cut criminal intimidation or a concrete act of systematic defamation outside work hours.

But as an NSF, you are not suppose to hire a civil lawyer to settle your claims with another SAF personnel.... -

I kena told by my fren went back for reservist at Khatib FCC as a PTI that there is this NSF PTI stayed in Bedok but posted to Khatib FGG.
He complained to his mother who in turned complained to MP for a transfer to Bedok FCC n in the end, this NSF PTI got his wish n kena posted to a unit nearer to his adress.
