Report Sick: Go Polyclinic, Doctor Refuse to Give MC for NS.

Anybody here experience this before?
You report sick at polyclinic but the doctor don't want to give you mc.
What happen after that?
Just go back to camp to work or they will charge you for malingering since you got no mc? -

There was once I report sick at polyclinic for sore eye. I really got sore eye.
The doctor did not want to give mc and told me that for such small case I should go and see the MO.
Lucky that day got nothing to do so my superior give me off for the afternoon. -

I kena b4, after that i stopped goin polyclinic liao. What happens is that you report to your superior that you sick gonna see doc. When doc dun give you mc, you take a time chit then report to camp. Show your superior. Then tell him poly doc ask you go see MO. Even if no mc for the day, after all the waiting, your day over liao.
Else if polyclinic fail, you can go to a GP. -
Just prove that you are at the polyclinic at the time you are not in camp. The receipt shows the timings. Now polyclinic got camera to let people see how long is the queue, so ask you officer to go on-line and you can wave at him :-)

No MC nothing wrong mah,just go back to camp loh and show your superior a time sheet can liao
Actually this type of thing really depend on your superior,if they want to play punk can restrict u to report sick in camp only,so report sick at the right tiime. -
if report sick at polyclinic then never get mc then go private clinic lor...
the most waste some money only...but can claim back $10 -

Also ensure you report back to camp reasonably from the time stated on the time chit, rather than a few hours later & having to explain the discrepancy.
Check off that polyclinic on your lobang list too ~lol~ -
1 day mc easy to get. i use to take alot. heehee!
maybe u rotate, 1 day private doctor (find a cheap one, last time the one at my house av. abt $15 so claim $10 not bad) then 1 day polyclinic (in a mth ofcourse) if your really really sick... got SAF MO loh. i got 2 days from them b4.
If they dulan u and don;t give u MC, as for excuse chit. it will have the time u register, and the time u left. happen to me before... reach camp around 12noon. -
No MC, show receipt and say: "I went to see the doctor."

Hmm. Like that they can't charge you for AWOL ah?
For eg. what if your boss says, "I didn't give you any off for medical appointment, so you're not supposed to be absent from work."
But really...if I want to keng MC from polyclinic and I don't get, I won't go back to camp...I'll just go find private doctor after leaving e polyclinic. Haha. Already decide to keng for the day might as well go all e way...
