Take mc during medical appointment

  Anyone here try go for medical appointment in the morning and than ask the doctor to give you mc so that you don't need to go back to camp in afternoon?
  
  I remember I went for 4 medical appointment in the morning before and requested for mc. Only 2 times they give me mc. The other 2 just give me timesheet.
