Downgrade PES: Post Out?Ask S1 Manpower Officer/Chief Clerk?

  For normal nsf who wants to request to post out, he have to approach his S1 or chief clerk.
  
  What about those big fart like COL, BG etc that wants to request to post out?
  
  Do they need to obtain permission? If they have to obtain permission, obtain from who? From the Chief of army? I think they can just email CPC/G1 army to request to post out without needing to seek permission?

  I thought they auto post out after 2 years or more?

  No posting out; that's why NSFs called them "condemned."
  
  Getting removed from military command before one's time, for whatever reasons, is a black mark on his resume.

  big shot is auto rotate one so he can serve as a all rounder appointment, when he leaves military and join the other public civil service divisions.
  
  saf calls it self renewal leadership process.

  It's auto-rotate. Terms last from 2-3 years. Rare see 4 years. The SAF calls it renewal...but u all know the real reason
