  nope.. if u have 75k to spare but its not fool proof.. the 75k is meant to be a bond if u haven do NS and wants to go overseas and study or something. so if u come back to do NS they return u the 75k else.... they will keep it

  I got told by one of my fren those got cases of mental breakdown will be given PES C n go to become either clerk or storeman.
