ORD procedures

What are the steps for ORD?
1. CPC sends an email to your unit saying that you are going to ord. They call this "release order"?
2. Your unit than books your ffi.
3. Your unit than writes your COS
4. FFI clearance form give all the officer to sign.
5. Collect pink ic and COS.
Are these steps correct? -

so when u ord? anyway, u need to go for ur blood test first to book an ffi date. mus be at least 1 mth be4 u ord.
once u get the clearance form, go see all the accessible ppl first, like ur rsm, co and oc to sign for u.
then u need to get all ur stuff to return beforehand, eg: et blade n stick, groundsheet, rck, rifle sling, etc. u will need to look for ur cq or rq and finally ur base logistics manager or depot manager.
if u have drawn equipment before like if u frm signals etc n got draw things like signal sets etc, u got to return to the base or clothing store and then get him to sign again.
next is if u are frm a combat unit and hav arms, u need to clear ur weapons for sending back to the base armoury. this is only done 2 wks before ord. make sure u clean ur rifle....
collect ur cos frm ur unit. normally my unit has a small ceremony where the co presents the cos to the men.
finally, go to ns portal website and do the nsmen thingy. its mainly for u to read and a quiz to do. print out ur results. bring the printout on ur final day to ur unit s1 or base s1 to collect ur ic.
exit and shout, ORD LOH! -
I printed my rank(NS)name and my ord date.
I forgot how many copies i printed.
I practically pasted them all over my friends' bunks,toilets,even the lifts and lastly on my csm's bike. -

1. Return stores drawn out
2. Book dental FFI (Go dental FFI)
3. Fill up clearance form
4. FFI for ORD
5. Return Camp pass and/or ISAC card
6. Collect Pink IC and COS -
Don't forget sign 1206! And, in case unlucky, take order for any unaccounted-for maps & stuff
Bloody hell, I remember returning to camp at the last minute to pay for a "lost" monkey ram. To this day, I could've sworn the one I saw inside the Training Cadre office belong to my battery BQ, but they closed ranks & I sway-sway LPPL.
Thought it would cost a bomb -- big tool, after all -- but turned out only 28 bucks. Just serve & f*** off, loh .... -

that dental ffi nothing much la, jus see that u havent lost any teeth during ns thats all...

I ord on 20 october.
You all can go and call SAFTI MI to book dental ffi yourself. But for me I can't. My camp got a department call HQ COY who is in charge of booking ffi.
But until now they still haven book my ffi yet. When I go and remind them, they will say the same crap "We are going to arrange ffi for those who ord in october soon"

why must go past the chain of command?
my S1 will book for us and announce the date when the time to do dental FFI comes. -
my ord v simple. its like playing hide and seek. try to find 6 important ppl's signatures, then collect IC then point middle finger at the camp, then zao!
