Very true. I met this guy during RT last year, and he was telling me how his employee cannot stand the fact he had to knock off early once a week at first, then twice a week later on. His boss was sarcastic, and kept hinting to him that if he can't pass his IPPT=he is not healthy, and that he may find someone else 2 take over the job.
I mean, WTF? just because someone fail IPPT doesn't mean he is not healthy! For me, I plan to go take IPT next Jan. I would be entering the workforce in June next year, and my birthday is in June. If I fail to clear my IPPT before my window, that would mean that I will have to go for IPPT during July/August. Surely an employee wouldn't be please to have me take time off so soon after getting a job, would they? At least going for IPT would mean I need not go for RT even if I fail.
