mental problem. going to ord do stupid things like this. court martial i think 7-10years. but If they send him to high court...it will become life imprisonment.

I think his defence will go straight for that because it need only be proven on the balance of probabilities rather than beyond reasonable doubt so it's easier.
Also, it might be that the full court of the High Court might hear this case because it might be considered a landmark.
Either way though, it is a really sad case. Forcing that kind of responsibility and pressure unto people who are rather unfit for such things. Some things just won't change. Let's just hope he gets a good prosecution and defence and that they don't make a meal out of this. -

hm from the looks of the report, tink his intention is clearly not to shoot pple up at cine or anything funny.
to be able to "room" the shopping center without causing any stir up from the bystander, his rifle is most possibly concealed in his sport bag or anything big enough .
i thiink maybe he goes there because he heard tat his ex gf is there ba.. to go to tis extreme, maybe his ex gf, GF(disgusting) is there wif her,,

STAR team in my opinion is way better trained than a rifleman. -
there is gsm tracking and through edv and integorrations from his frined, so finding him should be quite a breeze
who knows, there might also be a tracking device on the sar -
