Disrespect yes, but usually added on to your sentence if you're going to DB anyway. If it is for something serious but without going to DB you could still be court-martial by your JDO in camp for SOL.Originally posted by borntolive:I know most common reasons are AWOL, stealing weapons et. But are not so serious offences like disrespect to superiors , fighting in camp etc. considered liable to DB? I have heard of guys who plug mp3 player into comp, accidentally introduce virus n sent to DB....
Wads the process before a person is sent to DB? Can a person who is going to be sent to DB defend for himself?
Think now got directive maximum 7 extras or 28 days SOL.Originally posted by Father Lim:if the incident is big.. then prob sure go...
if the incident can be covered up, then see if your immediate superior and CO like u or not??
if they do, then u prob get 21 extras or something like that.. if they dun, then good luck...
which means a person can still defend for himself?Originally posted by ^tamago^:Disrespect yes, but usually added on to your sentence if you're going to DB anyway. If it is for something serious but without going to DB you could still be court-martial by your JDO in camp for SOL.
And of course, if you introduce virus or do anything to the computer systems, MSD will fry your backside and it is a inter-unit thing which even your superiors cannot cover your backside for you.
Before DB you have to have charges read to you, admit in presence of witness or deny which you will then go to Court Martial Centre at Mowbray Camp for official proceedings.

I m particularly concern with disrespect with superior. I have heard of stories of NSF challenging a superior n getting away n heard of NSF quarreling with Superiors n kana extras. Man i really have to control my temper n emotions lol, several cases i almost wanted to argue n challenge back
