  either guard comm or Ops room duty orderly...
  
  have ur friends ever call u up n pretended that they r some Major or LTC n ask a lot of questions n when u cant answer, they threaten to recommend extras to u from ur RSM.
  
  Then after that u very scared already n then u apologize profusely, n then ur friend laugh n revealed they r playing a trick on u only....
  
  u ever kenna before? or maybe u did to ur friend on duty?

  i dont rem duty room have procedures to authenticate callers

  Yes.. no authentication procedures has been my biggest worry actually.
  
  And the most "comments" i always get from civilian visitors is....
  
  Government budget $10b a year, and the Guard House book in/out procedure is still so manual.
  
  Another worry is the security of your handphone/laptop while being deposited in the guard house.
  
  I have known cases where RP have accidentally dropped handphones while "exploring" the phone because its new model.
  
  Only this year i am starting to see computers in some camps.

  It was a girl call into company line on a sleepy sat afternoon.
