I am the type who can "command" myself to sleep anytime I want.. so no prob.
But seeing other parents seeing their sons off while I stood in one corner was a rather.. strange feeling. I'm pretty independent, so I really didn't bother whether anyone came to see me off (I had/have no GF); told my parents to go home. But the feeling was really unexpected. Felt real lonely then.
But sleeping time?

If you downgrade for legit medical reasons, I don't blame anyone, but to magnify a small medical problem to OOC is too much. -

7 hours of sleep everyone? more like 6 hours of sleep for most of us.

First night yes, cos before BMT I was sleeping around 3-4am, sometimes even 5-6am. But after that I slept v v well in BMT. No problem at all.
I actually found it harder to sleep in unit...every night would toss and turn. And the feeling's damn disgusting...not being able to sleep when you know you gotta wake up early... -

i'm opposite, i sleep without aircon every night, maybe around 1 or 2 times a month then on aircon -
