I Got/ Kena/ Tio Charged for No Take IPPT/ RT B4 My Birthday

I received the SAF264 stating that I'm charged for not taking IPPT/RT before my IPPT window closes and is required to report to NSSC in Oct to face the charges (pay fine)
But I've booked and attended IPPT over at Khatib FCC on Aug18th. (before my window closes) Apparently there's some administration problems here. I didn't have an evidence/IPPT receipt for the one I took as when I reached Khatib FCC, the admin clerk told me that I was supposed to go bedok FCC (since when I book there O.O) but they can still do it manually for me, fax the results over and considered it as a taken test.
Any solutions to go about solving this? I don't want to take 1/2day leave and pay the fine for things I didn't even do.

On the practical side, I suppose you will just have to go and face the charges and bring whatever proof you have with you. If there is no proof, just pay the fine and get on with life....such are the disadvantages of doing NS and reservist....its a whole load of cowdung
I would think that the gahmen is famous for admin screwups...it becomes apparent if you work in there or work with them...you know the civil servant mentality

btw, since u attended the ippt, u should get half day of ur NS pay also right?... -
yeah I didn't have any receipt for it cuz it's manual. It's not reflected in my eNSbooklet thus I didn't receive any pay wor.

If I did take my IPPT/RT, I will call my unit and make a big fuss lor... This type of thing is who is the fiercest who win...

I went to ns.sg and emailed them regarding discrepancy in my IPPT attendance records le. Hopefully they will reply soon. I do have a friend who can witness for my attendance over at Khatib FCC wor, cuz we both took the test together. -

So it's also my fault for the admin discrepancy on their side? This is something I will like to know also. Me and my friend both booked together for khatib FCC... and how come he is in khatib and mine in bedok? With the wrong FCC case aside. Why is my IPPT attendence in Khatib FCC not reflected then? They could just mark me as absent in Bedok FCC (which they do) and take my attendence in Khatib FCC.

alot of times my NSmen excuse fine... coz they overseas lah, wife in labour, etc etc... -
You've still got some time. Call your unit, report the details & badger them to check on your case. Politely ask for the clerk's name each time, in case nothing is settled & you need to defend yourself in the future.
