IS THIS LEGAL?

I'm on leave for today and tomorrow.
But my CSM called me and told me to come back tomorrow to "help out" with his job.
Since I've been posted to my unit, I've been doing my vocational job plus everything that the CSM is supposed to do himself.
I've been really patient, doing every single one of his job for him, and acting like his damn secretary. But now, the fact that he wouldn't even let me take a short 2 days break ticked me off to hell.
Just like the title goes, is this legal? -
if u are on off, your unit can activate you.
If you are on official leave, no one can touch you unless the matter is so seriously that need your decision or your presence.

leave you could say no unless its really urgent. but do note that the csm can make the rest of your time very hard. so just do it and hope the csm dies a horrible death secretly

ask him how he gonna compensate u for the leave he ate frm u. if he dun wan compensate u then u dun go back lor.

ask him a simple question loh... i on leave if i come back help you what i can get? if he say nothing then ask him fark off

he did say he will give me back this one day leave.
but the problem is, he is famous in my camp for coming up with excuses to stop people from taking offs / clearing leaves etc.
so technically, since he did say that he will pay me back, i got no choice but to go back. (And the matter is not even that serious... he can do it himself.. its just that he is just so used to having me around doing things for him that he doesn't want to do it personally...)
but i don't trust his, "i will give u back one day..."
confirm he will come up with some crap excuse in the future to stop me... -

u confirm whcih day he give u back first. scarly he say after u ord then give u then how? u arrange wat day u wan claim first lor.

Unfortunately, this is one way of pulling rank. Best advice is to stay uncontactable next time *hint* -- know what I mean?
Also, don't touch your entitled leave for now, & seek to clear your offs first (one way or another). The system can ultimately force you to "forfeit" the latter due to organizational demands, so be circumspect. Even clearing half-day offs here & there is better than nothing. -
when asked the reason for taking leaves, always come up with a good excuses for example like must look after siblings, accompany parents see doctor, important appointments etc. those that they can't unnecessarily call u back ones.

Put oversea leaves mah if apply alot of leaves then hurry apply exit permit LOL

just do first, and if not compensated, then complain.
there is already a high profile example of by-passing immediate superiors. the worse you will get is a 'reprimand'. no big deal.
do justice to all tax-payers. expose people on tax-payers' payroll who are not up to scratch. -

Aiya...in army, you play hard with ur CSM is ask for trouble.
Be nice to him...not suck up lar...but be diplomatic.
Ask him nicely.....bug him but in a nice way...he will be irritated but cannot scold u...then he give u your entitlment..
You buy kopi for him first, then when you give him kopi, ask him "encik...you know arh, I help you that day...can I claim a day off arh..I was on leave leh".
He sure paiseh..will say okok...can can..
You ask him F-off...he F u to DB.
If you dun answer call...depends how serious he want...he can charge you for being uncontactable. You're a freaking soldier, not a civilian. It is your freaking responsibility of you to maintain contactable 24/7.
But he unreasonable...can work around it one...buddy buddy then sui liao.
If he really super cannot make it, tell OC lor... "Sir..that day arh, i help CSM..."
Buy Coke though...officer drink more coke than kopi...haha, kidding.
