DXO's educational qualifications?

  Don't be mistaken, I'm not interested in signing on.
  
  Just want to know how exactly well those DXOs are educated. I've seen so many incompetent ones and frankly, it feels very sh1tty being bossed around by them when many of us know we could do a better job.
  
  I've heard of people taking on bonds with the SAF to study in universities and returning to serve as DXO, but I also know some of the DXOs in my camp are O Level or ITE holders....
  
  Is it nowadays they require higher educational level for DXO than in the past?

  Durning my time,i have a dxo in camp who don't even know how to attach a file for the e-mail.

  that's quite bad. mine had a retired 1st wo serving as dxo. when ask her to do the orbat, she take a3 paper and draw lines and start counting manually! tt was the ultimate for me and my fellow frens

  Theres two types of DXOs.
  
  One is the NUSAF that you seen in camps.
  
  The others are MINDEF Defence Executives. Those fellas do policymaking, managment and finance work, and are ranked from your fresh uni grad till Director/Perm Sec.
