SA means supply assistant .
mechanic is something like technician .
means that u have a condition like skin or sinus that cant let u work in dirty environment .

SA Mech can mean Small Arms Tech, but this is not the formal or proper term
Maybe he's trying to say Turret Mech (Small Arms)
