public hol during bmt

  during the 1st 2 weeks confinement if theres a public hols, are we allowed to book out? lets say less den 1 week u go in its a pub hols le we can come out?

  in most practices...leave by the night before and return on night on PH itself...cos the commanders/regulars who also wanna eve of the PH to themselves as well... after we are all human beings...
