STL?

STL is a contractor for mindef to handle their logistic matter.. However when i go back for my reservist, under QMLO, we still need to support STL to do their stores as they are rushing for audit.. I mean if QMLO still need to support STL in their logistic matter? Why on earth do we still need them? Might as well let QMLO handle back the logistic part it will be much more better and cost effective. STL is supppose to provide support but now it seems to be the other way round.

haizzz.. sad thing is when we support, KNN STL all smoke off? Left we 3 Nsmen to do THEIR job.
