KNN, war got 5-days week one arh? Tell the invading enemy: Oi today Saturday, relak leh.... we go happy hour first.... fight agan on Monday?

Peacetime army, lah.
No need to get so carried away. When they first announced the 5-day workweek, it didn't come with a reduction of the minimum 44 hours per week. The civil service noted this cue, & tasked their staff to stay back longer on weekdays in order to (theoretically) facilitate a long weekend off.
Has the SAF done the same with its non-operational, stay-out personnel? -
