eh....if accidentally throw away how arh?...where to apply again?bought new wallet arh..so i onli transferred my IC to my new wallet.....left my 11B in old one...then one day accidentally throw away without checking

Police report plus visit S1...

More importantly, obtain a copy of the police report (at the station itself) to submit to your unit S1. Otherwise must go down separately to the police divisional HQ elsewhere for it, as I recall.
Up to you on what story to spin about the loss of the 11B. ~shrug~ Cannot win either way: can be charged for making a false police report, vs. must sign extras back at unit if it's clearly your negligence. -
