  i was supposed to go med check up last month, but i say i sick
  i tmr got something on, can postpone again?

  i didnt went for the first one.... cos i know it would be crowded..
  
  so i waited till they give me a reminder.. and went for the 2nd one...

  I even have recruits with letters from CARMO, certifying he is perfectly fit for service.

  u go check up, blood test nia and those normal stuff like eyesight check etc
