This question whether Army Camps should have ATMs is not for the camps, soldiers to decide. The commercial banks will decide based on profit bottomline.

10 yrs ago when i was serving NS in Khatib Camp, there was a POSB atm at the guardroom, but a couple of months before i ord, they removed it.
Also don't know why -

I think they shld at least have 1 at the new ITI for the NSMEN to withdraw money to go canteen and pay 1206.
My coy lost some expensive stuffs during our last ict, and even though the cost was shared with the bn, some of us had to borrow money from one another cos we didnt expect the amount we had to pay to be so much (esp for the comds). -
