Ord clearance form

I am going to ord in 2 weeks time.
QM is not around as he is on course. When he come back from course I will have ord already. I tried to call him to see if I can meet him outside to let him sign my ord clearance from but he don't want. He say ask OC to sign on his behalf.
Than RQ also haven't sign yet. He say that CQ haven'tsign than he don't want to sign. But CQ is also on 1 month course and when he come back I will have ord already.
So what can I do?
If on my ord date, CQ, RQ and QM never sign than how? Cannot get back my pink ic?
Btw, QM and RQ is my direct superior as I am a storeman. -
go back on ur ord date, den ask them all sign. if they cant sign, make a big fuss abt it n mayb see ur CO cos u ord liao ma

Yeah, good call. S4 is the ranking officer.
To T/S, contact the CQ first about signing the form too. If he also refuses, then at least you've CYA-ed on both the officer & specialist side of the COC. You can then explain your situation to the S4 & inform him about their procrastination. If he's hands on, maybe he'll pull the strings for you. But most usually aren't, relying on the usual command structure where the junior commanders are responsible for their departments & the higher commanders don't micro-manage. If your unit is organized along company lines, maybe you can get your CSM or PC to sign on their behalf at the lower level too.
This is nothing new BTW. Always happen near ORD, when must come back from block leave & chase everyone to obtain signatures for clearance. Best if you can get a group to do the chasing together. -

you don't need to die die, look for CO to sign your form, and you just need to pass your ord ffi, and unless you are copa, then need to look for him, and if your QM not around, tell your orderly room, that you can't find him to sign at all, and S1 is the last person, you need to look for, to sign that -
then ask CO lah.... co biggest liao leh... just tell co blah blah blah on course or on leave... he will normally sign one...

KNN, that time, my CO, RSM, OC all dun wan to sign until last day. Then, KNNBCCB, last day, OC tried to siam but lucky I caught him at his office for the little while that he was there and get him to sign while I blocked his office door.
CO, RSM never appeared. End up getting my S1 sign for CO, WO to sign for RSM. WO after sign already still give me a NBCB scolding cause I was interrupting his breakfast.
Those were the days. -

Mine is not. Mine is service unit and only another guy ord on the same date as me but I don't know him.. -

Now only left RQ haven sign. Even if I can't find him on my last day of ord, I will just ask OC to sign. If OC not in than ask G4 to sign -
be like me... they need my signature as i am the publication IC. officer owning me book and lose it i never sign for them. made them kan cheong..
even CSM i don sign for him for weeks -
if u damn ah with yr g4, case closed. rq gonna get it liao. they cannot delay your ord date anyway. if not, straits times forum forever there. u jus write a nice letter to them, win already. or u can just visit your mp. also gets the job done.
my side got 1 mofo nv collect ic after ord 3 mths, write complaint letter. whole office jump. make us dig up old records. -
Just try to get them sign. If no one want to sign... talk to your CO about it. then if after ord date still like that, call mindef. They will give them the pressure...
