Their job is to more bureaucratic -- i.e. decide on your Pes status -- so your medical docket would full of relevant MO notes, GP/specialist reports, & any further SAF test results by the time it reaches them. What about for those servicemen diagnozed with psychiatric problem when they go for medical board? Do they need to be present?
