Lets say got this Recruit, either Pes E de or kenna OOT de... then got posted to Unit liao.
So he goes back Tekong as a dispatcher. Wearing a uniform with the formation badge and everything and even got hair.
If follow law by law, does he still have to march? Or can he heck care(Of course, most people who are not mad will walk lah.) and walk like the sgt and other ranks do?

no need to march in Tekong lar. Only BMT Trainees are required to march there, to instil discipline.

in my NSF days...one of my officers almost ORD, already LTA, but he shave botak for fun.
Then we went Tekong for short training exercise, the sergeant "Oei !" him...
He reply back... You oei what ! hahaha...then sergeant see again, "sorry sir...sorry sir..." -

i ahve a same encounter as well. once at my unit cookhouse i saw a botak guy, at first i thought must be a newly POP private, upon closer inspection, found out he's a LTA.
moral of the story, don't be fooled by botak. -
