  let's say if i have a diploma and can get gold for ippt but my PES status is c1l1, can go for either schs?

  No. Only Pes A & B. (Although officer & NCO can downgrade after they passed out.)

  go and try to upgrade PES since u're interested in command school
  
  btw, doesn't mean having a dip and IPPT gold/ or NAPFA gold means you're going to Command School.

  no... u cant... but u can still be a service/technical 3sg... e.g. admin spec (3sg clerk)... no need to go thru sispec to be 3sg, just attend a short course can liao.

  PES C a bit hard to go up OCS....
  
  Sispec maybe maybe la... less than 10%, usually depends on ur medical condition.

  C9 not eligible for JWOC.
