Lost mc

  I am just curious if anyone have experienced this 3 situations before and what they do to solve the problem.
  
  1. You were on mc and you photocopied your mc. Than you lost your original mc and you submit the photocopied mc to your unit.
  
  Did they accept the photocopied mc? Was there any trouble?
  
  2. You were on mc and you lost the mc and you did not photocopy it. You ask your unit to call the clinic to vertify that you were on mc.
  
  Did it work? Any trouble?
  
  3. You submitted your mc to your clerk. The clerk don't like you and sabo you by throwing away your mc and claim that you did not submit your mc to him.
  
  What happen after that?

  Just ask for another MC from the clinic la, simple as that.

  yes, get another one.
  
  Dont try to say "i lost my mc" and tell the whole story how you lose it; for nobody will take your story. It's more convincing that it's an excuse rather.

  What if the mc is from a polyclinic or hospital? Still can get it back meh?

  2/3. The unit clerk will call or email the clinic/polyclinic/hospital for verification.
