Skinhead is used to describe the hair cut in the photo i have above. That's what a proper British skinhead culture era's skinhead haircut would look like, i.e. the standard definition of skinhead.
Crewcut is very similar to skinhead, but longer, and often the sideburns are not emphasized.
Whereas, completely no hair, would be well, not even a haircut at all in the most technical sense.
So yea, a case of misused term here.
